The Yahoo! Publisher Network is a contextual advertising network that launched for web publishers in the U.S. in 2005. The network is still in beta, and has not announced a release-date yet.

Google’s Adsense is the leading contextual advertising network on the Internet. The program allows for text ads, image ads, and video ads which are all targeted toward the content of your page. Many have found that Adsense is the best way to monetize original content.
